Shipping Policy

Preorders take 6-8 weeks from close of Preorder to arrive to me.

Orders will then be cut packed and bagged on the weekend closest to delivery and then shipped the following Monday (unless waiting on excess postage to be paid).

Any orders over $100 must purchase postage insurance. If orders do not have insurance purchased Bunny & Panda will only refund up to $100 and will not be held liable to cover damages for anything that happens during transit with Australia Post.

All orders will be shipped with tracking via Auspost. No untracked mailers will be sent.
